"Panglao Cliffside Resort is a peaceful, quiet retreat with a very thoughtful atmosphere. The food was carefully prepared and genuinely enjoyable, not just standard resort fare. The staff were incredibly responsive and helped us easily arrange scooter rentals and taxi service. The resort is quite isolated, so renting a scooter is highly recommended, but that’s also part of its charm. As a bonus, there’s a delicious Japanese restaurant just down the dirt road that we ended up loving. A great...

"We paid 27€/night and I think this was quite good value. Location was a bit remote with most services situated in Alona Beach where you will need to take a ride (about 40 pesos) though we rather liked it this way rather then being right in the hustle and bustle. The place could really use a couple of sun beds since there aren't any. Service was extremely kind and helpful. If you don't mind the location and the lack of sun beds I would definitely recommend."
