"While the property was absolutely beautiful, the customer service and and hospitality were lacking. I find it confusing to see so many raving reviews, yet our experience was so different. It felt like all the attention went to building a beautiful 5 star resort, but there was no staff training to create the experience you’d expect at a place this nice. We sat at the pool for about 20mins and were handed our menus (There was only 2 other people at the pool this entire time). After about 40+ mins we realized no one was coming back to take our order. "Arrived late at night but didn’t realise check in isn’t normally available after 9pm. Good room looking out at the beach, very clean and air con is excellent. Hot showers as well but the shower head needs changing. Overall enjoyed our stay and would come back. "
