"We enjoyed our stay and due to the weather extended it an extra night with no problems. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!"

"Right up the road from downtown Gloucester and the fisherman's memorial. Staff was really friendly and my room was clean. Nice view of the river from the front of the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Gloucester."

"The house was perfect for our multigenerational family group. The ocean view is mesmerizing, and everything you might need is available. Having 2.5 bathrooms and bedrooms and couches on 2 levels means people could be together when they wanted, but also have some time to themselves. It’s also incredibly convenient, with a variety store and restaurants in walking distance. Host Bob G. went above and beyond in making our stay a wonderful memory. He was reachable whenever we had a question. We hope to come back in 2027."

"The host was great and very responsive. The place was great, nice ocean views. The place was clean and was exactly what the pictures showed. You are close to town, you can actually walk there. Depending how fast you walk takes 5-10 mins. would I stay there again yes I would. If you're looking for a great place to stay with a great host stop looking and go ahead an book you will not be sorry. I am looking forward to stay there again!!!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and it's our favorite in Gloucester. This home was so comfortable, after 3 weeks we still didn't want to leave. There was so much to do in Gloucester ; whale watching, subs at Destino's, great Italian pastries at Virgilio's, fish and chips at the Causeway and picnics at Stage Fort Park, but we were always happy to walk the Boulevard and say hello to friendly locals and return to our home away from home that was absolutely sparkling clean and quiet. Honestly there was no way we would have been able to stay that long if we hadn't been so happy and comfortable. All the extra touches were much appreciated and we enjoyed reading the history of the house and family. We can't wait to go back!"

"Susan and Gayle went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. With a 2 year old and a 2.5month old we were able to bring a lot less thanks to them! The kitchen is fully loaded, oils, spices, pots, pans, plenty of dish-ware etc. The house was spotless and the beds are very comfy!Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, grocery and beach! And everything you’d need for the perfect beach day. The property is beautifully maintained, lush gardens, and a very cozy private back deck with a retractable awning allowing us to enjoy it even when it rained. There is a lot of love in this home and that makes it the perfect stay. This is not your normal cookie cutter rental, it’s a home away from home! Can’t wait to come back"
