"From the moment you drive onto the property, a total sense of relaxation sets in. The beautifully maintained grounds and fragrant pollinator plants create an immediate, calming welcome. Tucked away from traffic noise, the bungalow offers complete peace and quiet. Meghan is a phenomenal host—she was exceptionally responsive before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything was perfect. The personalized welcome card and over-the-top snack setup made us feel right at home. The bungalow itself is impeccably styled, invitingly comfortable, and fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and an Alexa. As senior citizens, we especially loved the hassle-free parking: being able to park right next to the front door made loading and unloading luggage a total breeze. To top it off, the location is unbeatable—just two minutes from the waterfront and the iconic Gloucester Fisherman’s Memorial. If you are looking for the perfect coastal weekend getaway, look no further. This hidden gem is a must-stay!"

"The house was very clean and comfortable. They could use a bench or chair in one of the guest rooms to put your suitcase on and also some table reading lamps next to the bed. Also sone ice cube trays for the freezer. Great location. Very easy to get to and check in was perfect."

"We had a great trip and really enjoyed the house. The absolute best thing for us, a group of 5 women, was we had 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds. The living space was great for us to hang out together and we also enjoyed the enclosed back porch area. Location was perfect. So much to do nearby. Plus we could walk along the water into town. Super convenient! We all agreed it was a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again."

"Nice location! Just minutes walking distance from town and from a nice park. One queen bedroom is on the street side so you can hear the cars from the main road. The other queen size bedroom is quiet. A washer and dryer would be great since coming from the beach there are always things to rinse (the showers at all the beaches were shut down because of draught)."

"This property was amazing! Bob was an excellent host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house had everything we needed which was wonderful! It was fully equipped! The location was perfect....right on the water with amazing beach views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets! We used everything Bob had from beach towels to floats and kayaks. We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much Bob!"
