"The staff are great! The lady who checked us in was so nice and gave us so much information, I really wish I could remember her name! The place is so warm and inviting. The room was perfect, super clean and a lot of space. Even though it is close to the airport it's super quiet and you don't hear the airplanes or any traffic! The amenities are great too! It was a wonderful stay! We'll definitely be back again."

"When we checked in we were told the pet fee was $25 for a room that was already more expensive than the regular room. That was fine except what they don't tell you is that is $25 per day which means unless you are checking in after midnight - it will always be $50. Also our check in host did not give us the wifi password or tell us about breakfast which we missed because we were unaware. Although it is a nice hotel, communication could have been a lot better. "

"Across from airport. Quick checkin. No problems. Had two trucks with trailers, was able to park in main lot. Had dog with us. No problems there. "

"Check-in staff was excellent. He was super polite and helpful. Room was clean and other than a spot on the bathroom door where it was discolored, in good condition. Bed was a little hard but not horrible. Sauna was slow to heat up and never got as hot as I would have preferred. Hot tub was clean and hot, with working jets although a couple jets were missing the diffuser part so they weren’t really usable. Overall for the price I would stay again. "

"I was highly disappointed. I reserved this hotel because it was my son's bday and we were excited about the pool and slide. When I went to check in there was a sign on the counter saying the pool was closed! No where on Expedia or their site did it say the pool was closed for maintenance. I had my 3 kids and two of their friends with us to celebrate and they were all hyped about swimming. I called Expedia and was told I could not get a refund and the hotel couldn't give me one either since I reserved the room on Expedia and not thru them personally. I asked if I could be comped a room for next time and still told no because I didn't cancel in time. But I had no intention to cancel until I got there and told about the pool. There was no reason to stay if the pool was closed. It was a Huge inconvenience and really disappointing for my son! "
