"Overall, we enjoyed our stay with you. You were very responsive when we had a question and we appreciated the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. The one thing we did not find clean were some of the dishes in the cupboard. The large plates had dried food on them. The other complaint that we had was the bed in the master bedroom. Our sheets came off the bed every single night. The mattress itself also was not great; my husband left with some back issues. The blinds also allowed some light in, even at night from the parking lot lights. Aside from that, we appreciated the stocked kitchen as we ate a lot of meals there. The pool toys were also nice."

"Such a fun and relaxing place to stay! Only a 30 minute commute to Zion National Park, and the pool was a great way to unwind after hiking all day. The space was spotless and it had everything we needed, plus fun extras like some inflatable pool toys. Our host was also amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had. "

"You know how they say “ with a cherry on top” well this is what there talking about. It was an amazing stay at the Little Palm. Everything was close by. Great neighborhood. Awesome Trail 30 seconds away from doorsteps with an amazing view!! I can go on and on. Not sure how I could top this one but by booking another stay for more days!! "

"Check in was quick! The pool and amenities were amazing for a family of four teenage and pre-teen, it was quiet, beds were super comfortable, aesthetic was wonderful. Hot tib and pool can’t be beat. "

"The actual RV is not like the picture. It’s dated and the finishings are not like the photos. The place was not clean- there was gum stuck to the wall on the top bunk, hair on the bathroom wall and all over the welcome mat. Several lights didn’t work and there was no curtain on one of the windows by the bunk beds. While the place is cheap, we did not feel it was worth the money. The owners need to give the place some love. "
