Nice room, quite area. Swimming pool could do with draining and jet washing as the stains are abit of putting. Luxury lodge, Bassenthwaite,Nr Keswick, at the foot of Skiddaw.
Everything was great! Lodge is perfect for 2 but easily fits 4 people. We had some welcoming presents and everything was very clean and tidy. Location is ideal. We would definitely recommend it.

We arrived early so had a drink in the bar, check in was at 4 but they started to let people check in at 15:40, it was smooth and there were no issues, the lady was friendly and very helpful. Cumberland stable lodge
Clean, tidy & peaceful. Hot tub was great too! Also loved the “no pets” as we have stayed in pet friendly places before & no matter how much somewhere is cleaned you can ALWAYS tell if dogs have been staying.
