Staff was very nice and friendly. Got tge same room i was in the first stay. Room 203. Beds are nice and comfortable room clean and nice. Very quiet Ill stay there afain for my next appointment with the doctors office.

The manager who checked us in was fantastic! Smiling, laughing, very helpful, but our room was extremely basic - to the point of no blanket on the bed or in the room. (We promptly received one when we asked). For a quick stop for the night the room was acceptable but we definitely wouldn’t stay longer.

Nope, never again

Although the staff was friendly and polite I would NOT stay here again. I did have a pet and got a pet designated room that they had to check to make sure was ready. I had tears or holes and stains in the sheets and was petrified to even look any deeper. The smoke detector looked like it was falling out of the ceiling. The only reason I didn’t leave was because I had my 97 year old mother in law with me and we had been up since 4 am that day and we were exhausted. I fell asleep clothes on and when I had enough sleep to drive the last 5 hours of our trip , we left. I could not tell you about the breakfast because we left before that was available. The staff was extremely nice.

If you're looking for a bed to sleep kn, this is the place. My bed was not very comfortable and I'm not very picky. It is right off the highway, so location is very accessible. My bathroom water faucet had a leak to the floor, so I kept getting my socks wet. The TV worked well.

My room was on second floor at west end. Room was fine but noise from interstate highway 100 yards away made it seem like I was sleeping on the guardrail. Other than that the room was clean and bed comfy.

This was a good location for external dining if I desired. The staff was very friendly. I left an important binder at the front desk accidently. The desk person brought it to me. The property was quite worn on the outside. Inside the hotel was descent.

Everything was good and clean, The bed was nice and comfy. The towels were thin and worn and some of the electric plugs would not grip the plug. So it just jiggled around and would not charge the phone. Good price, quiet.

This is definitely an older facility, and was the cheapest option to stay in Newton for a remote-control flying gathering in Newton (also the weekend of the State Fair). If you're traveling and all you need is a bed, a shower, and a reasonably quiet place, this is a good place to stop. The beds are not luxurious, and the "continental breakfast" is very basic. But it was convenient to the RC flying field we were visiting, and it was right off the highway. It was just what we needed when we needed to be there.

I was exhausted and cranky from an emergency cross country road trip. Stopped here. Desk clerk was super pleasant, could see I was fired from the road and he got me hooked up quickly efficiently and pleasantly. Room was very nice, large, clean, and quiet. Towels were clean but cheap and rough. However, I am also sorta a weirdo and love big soft bath towels and for the reasonable price of the room, I shouldn't have expected everything to be perfect. Overall was a wonderful place to recharge.

The staff were very nice! This property is obviously in transition and had some up fits, but it needs a LOT of work. The first room had hairs on the pillowcases. We were moved to a room that had no cover on the air conditioner. It was quite late and we just wanted to go to sleep, so we took it, but the place was not acceptable.

Not a good choice if you’re traveling with pets

I did not realize when we booked our room at a pet friendly hotel, it meant we got the worst room in the hotel. We walked in our room and went to use the bathroom no toilet paper no tissues no towels. Went down to the front desk and he gave me toilet paper and towels, but told me they were out of tissues. There were a few dead bugs in the bathroom under the vanity. We had just come off a day stay at a friendly hotel in Texas with a beautiful room, not lacking anything due to having our dog with us. our room in no way reflected any pictures that were posted online.

I guess I get what I paid for. The room was nice enough and clean. The breakfast was not good at all. It was powdered or chocolate donuts, a crunchy granola bar with juice. You could also have cold cereal or microwave oatmeal, but the microwave was broken and buttons did not work unless you pressed cook time. I would not recommend unless you were in a real pinch.

Avoid unless you're budget conscious.

I got what I paid for, but it was one of three hotels in the town. Last minute booking. Needs lots of repairs. Window in room must have been broken into once and not repaired. Electrical with duct tape. Bathroom ceiling needing repaired with missing drywall. Floors very dingy that my socks came back black on the bottom. And a work crew staying at hotel outside our window and door all night long with loud music and drinking. Beer garbage everywhere. Did not feel very secure as a female without any sort of front desk staff available. But again, I got what I paid for which was a bed to sleep in.
