The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.

There was only a single waffle maker, which was busy, and a few muffins. They did provide a large bag of raisins. But not much else. Very disappointing. The room was cold all night, and I turned up the heat several times, but didn’t realize it never kicked on after the initial one by the time I woke up to leave. The kitchen had absolutely no ability to do anything, as it had no dish rags, or anything else. The only thing for the kitchen was the appliances, and nothing to go with them, including silverware.

My stay was actually pretty comfortable and quiet, however, three property and it's amenities do not match online statements and photos. I choose to stay here for the pool, hot tub, and other activities that were claimed available. Upon arrival, I was told that the hot tub was not in working order and on my way to the room I noticed the tennis and basketball courts were in disrepair with no nets. Was told that my room was newly renovated. Upon entrance, found out that was a complete lie. It wasn't terrible, but far from the truth.

The room was poorly painted, cracking and old curtains, the property wreaked of pot and it seems like people use the property as transient living. For the price i guess you get what you expect. The room and linens were clean. Staff "ungraded" me to a double queen because i had pets, then wanted to charge me a 250 deposit instead of a 150 deposit because it was a bigger room. Very meh experience

Floor was not clean and there were no transition strips so if you stepped on that you got poked. Staples coming out of the closet. The closet did not even work. Mold. Don't do it!

Run! Don't book this hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It was also the was disgusting hotel I've ever seen. I was skeptical when we arrived. There were questionable half dressed guests standing around the property. After unloading the car I noticed the room smelled of strong urine. I found it was coming from the couch which was worn and visibly dirty. There was dried urine on the floor around the front of the couch. I immediately called the office and they came to the room to investigate. They gave us another room. Upon entering the 2nd room I was even more disgusted. The AC wasn't working. It was 80 degrees inside. The room smelled like marijuana. There was vomit dripping down the wall next to the bed. I immediately took my bags to the car and went to the office. I told the offoce staff about the 2nd room and told them it was unacceptable and we could not stay in the room.

Booked a full 2br with loft. Old unkempt property $200 deposit. Pool opens and closes when they feel like it, hot doesn't work. Full kitchen is a joke. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is provided. Unless you bring your own tableware, service ware, utensils, pots, pans etc the kitchen is useless. Had to adk 3 days in a row before they even came to vacuum. Property loud, and grounds are trashy.

The condition of the room I was initially assigned was unacceptable and did not align with the standards presented on your website. Upon arrival, I documented several issues, including holes in the walls, stained linens, outdated appliances, and worn carpets. Most critically, the air conditioning was non-functional. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, the problem persisted. Maintenance personnel initially stated that the air conditioning would take 20 minutes to activate, but after five hours of enduring an 86-degree room with my family, including a four-year-old, the situation remained unresolved. When we requested a different room, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked. It was late in the evening, and finding alternative accommodations was not feasible. Eventually, we were moved to a "renovated" room, which, while better, still had noticeable imperfections. Additionally, the pool was poorly maintained, the advertised basketball court was nonexistent, and the hot tub was out of service. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, and the breakfast options were limited. Furthermore, we were unjustly harassed by the office staff regarding alleged noise complaints from other guests. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless absolutely necessary. The deposit required for the suites and other rooms does not justify the experience, especially considering the property's location in a questionable area.
