Top Wick Heritage Centre Hotel Reviews
Broadhaven Road
8/10 Good
"We had an easy self check-in. The parking was as described. The room was clean and comfortable."
Norseman Hotel
8/10 Good
"Staff during meals, especially breakfast when I was last one in, were awesome and so friendly. Two young ladies, one with baby due at Christmas, couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice even at 9am. The lads on duty in the evening were also lovely, but service was rather slow even before coach full of Australians arrived."
Mackays Hotel Wick
8/10 Good
"On arrival we confirmed the dinner reservation time, but despite telephoning to book there was apparently nothing on their system We were then booked in for dinner. We had an apartment which was great to have the space & the kitchen was well equipped & everything was very clean. The electricity tripped, but that was soon remedied. There was no toiletries other than basic soap in the bathroom - no problem but would have been good to know in advance. The restaurant seemed a little disorganised but we got there in the end. Having checked us in and sorted the electricity for us, I would have expected him to remember us when we went to the bar for a drink a few minutes later, but asked if we were wanted to book table ??"
Bank Guest House

"No attendant on site. Lots of stairs so pack light. Room was clean and quiet. Mackay's had an excellent steak."
GWR Dickson's House, NC500, Wick
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our stay, but could have used some instructions for how to watch the news on TV, been provided with bin/recycling/food waste bags. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you!"
Spacious Apartment ideal for Families.
10/10 Excellent
"The property was ideal for us and we felt spoilt by the size and amenities. Definitely would suit a family group and it’s location was ideal for access to the north coast and shopping at Wick."
Harbour House Bed & Breakfast
8/10 Good
"1 night stay on my way to John O'Groats. Single room. The host welcomed me at check-in and gave me all the relevant details, plus asked if I needed recommendations for dinner etc. Breakfast needed to be ordered via a form and left on the desk by 9pm. Option to choose from various cereals, drinks, cooked items etc. Breakfast was delivered to the room on time and was very tasty. The room was well stocked with tea/coffee/biscuits etc. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bed linen felt like it had been washed a few too many times though - in fact I would say this sums up the building as a whole - everything works but it is a little bit tired. Perfectly adequate for me though! Private bathroom was across the hall from my room. Lots of space, plenty of hot water. Overall perfectly pleasant stay and I would use again."
