Still Waters Resort

4/10 Poor

"Our room had one very small bar soap, and one roll of toilet paper end it only ice to purchase no ice machines. We had instructions to empty our trash prior to leaving. No housekeeping! The “lifeguard “ was sleeping in her chair and the pools were a lot smaller than depicted on their website. The location is a little less than desirable. Through winding roads with Less than desirable homes surrounding the facility. The only decent thing was the free paddle boards and kayaks. We’ve been going to Branson every year for 25 years and I can safely say this will be our first and last time staying at Stillwater’s."

"The place has a lot of potential, nice view from the deck,, good price, like the layout, good location, but also a lot of issues, other rooms may have been better, ours shouldn't have been rented out. 1)The office wasn't on site. 2) They had 1 packet of regular coffee in the room, we had to call to have more delivered & you couldn't get more than 4 at a time, we were there 9 days, we had to call again to get more 3) Wasn't vacuumed 4) Mold & ceiling falling apart as well as water dripping through from above in the room for the hot water heater & furnace/AC. 5) Lost power, just our unit, got power back but A/C didn't come back on 6) The (2) patio door screens were in very bad shape, torn & bent 7) A broken glass in cabinet 8) One of the ceiling fans was out of balance or not tightened properly to ceiling, very wobbly & noisy unless it was on high"

"Great property and excellent communication with the host! The location was right next door to Silver Dollar City, so there in 3 minutes, no traffic. The accommodations were fantastic and views beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you to the team for making this a wonderful get away!"

"We had such a great time at the White Wing Lodge. It’s a great hotel with affordable prices and all the amenities one may need. It’s close to Silver Dollar City where you can avoid the main traffic of the park. There’s a few small connivence stores and a dollar general nearby if you forgot anything. It’s a great place to stay when you’re needing a place to rest your head after an eventful day in Branson. The room was in pretty good condition. Some of the metal in the shower and on hanging bar for clothes were rusting. It provided plates, cups, and silverware. One of the plates clearly hadn’t been cleaned but everything else was great! It didn’t hinder the trip at all."

"Upon walking into our adorable cabin, we were enchanted from the get-go. It was very nicely decorated. Comfortable accommodations. The flow from kitchen to family room was quite the cozy feeling. All basic necessities were provided in the kitchen. Our three nights stay, included myself and a dear friend in from out of town. Both bedrooms included king-size beds instantly a selling point for me. Both bathrooms accommodated nicely, while the master had a double vanity set up, which is a nice perk.I truly appreciated all the night lights that were installed around the house. I really thought that was a special touch. The only minor concern might be the bed in the second bedroom. It was deemed as a little hard for my guest. Otherwise a charming place and highly recommended.Our host was very friendly in my communications and quick to response between the both of us.I hope there will be plans to return here in the near future."
