Unit Layout

You will be staying in the "Schwalbenhof", a 13-room house that spans 300 square meters across three levels, with a south-east facing position. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 41 adults and 2 children. The furnishings are simple and wooden, with a large living/dining room of 65 square meters that features a dining table, a dining nook, satellite TV, and a tiled stove.

Amenities Included

The house is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two separate toilets, and heating is available from November 1st to April 30th. Additionally, the property offers a barbecue area, a fireplace, and satellite TV for your entertainment. The maximum capacity of the house is 41 guests, with 12 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

Other Information

For your convenience, the house offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley, making it an ideal location for a relaxing vacation. Outdoor spaces include a balcony, a terrace, and terrace furniture for enjoying the fresh air. The property also provides facilities such as a children's high chair and a baby cot, making it family-friendly. Internet access (WiFi) is available for free. عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة
Trés bel endroit , mais publicité légèremernt mensongère (pas 2 wc et 2 Douches en bas , les douches sont à la cave et la cave n'a pas été ouverte ; la maosopn n'était pas que pour nous , le propriètaire n'habite pas à côté mais bien dans une partie de la maison.L'équipement de la maison est trés simple et au strict minimum , il n'y a pas de lave-linge , pas de micro-ondes et pas de balance !!!Nous nous sommes faits arnaquer sur le coût total de la taxe de séjour et nous avons dû payer le peu de bois utilisé pour un barbecue !!!Les environs sont magnifiques et nous avons fait de belles promenades.
