We were grateful for the staff's friendliness and assistance. The room was roomy and equipped with everything I needed for comfort. The beds were cozy, and the rooms included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. One advantage was that it was only a block from the beach. Additionally, the hotel offered a sizable pool and seating area.

Room was big enough . The shampoos and towel sucked.
The property needs a lot of updating! Needs to be painted and cleaned. The bathroom especially, the towels were so worn out. Nice pool and great location near the boardwalk.
My stay went better than I thought it would. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We brought our own blankets and towels. But was a good place to stay.

We were a late check-in, and we called the property as detailed to ensure all went well. When we went to our room, the window curtain was drawn open, and it appeared the room was occupied because the TV was on and seemed that someone was in the bed. It turned out that the room was empty but never cleaned. It took some time while we waited outside for the front desk clerk to find a clean and unoccupied room.
The elevator feels unsafe because it jerks down before actually moving.
During our stay, there were only a handful of guests, but people had abandoned a few items around the pool. It makes you wonder how often someone cleans the pool area because the items were still there when we left, and we never saw anyone at the pool.
The toilet had to be adjusted every few flushes. The plunger would not align properly for the tank to fill. The shower head leaked and had terrible pressure. It felt like you were under a lawn sprinkler.
The highlights were that the ice maker worked well, and it is very close to the beach. However, that area of Wildwood, you have to walk pretty far to get to the water. The room air conditioner works very well, but the 2nd room doesn't get much of the air. It really needs a fan to help push the cold air or another room unit.
The only issue was the hot tub wasn’t working right on Saturday. But they did fix it later that day. We love the rooms and the hotel staff are all very friendly!
Everything was great! Nice pool! And they left it open til 10pm. Most places close at 8. It says it does on the internet but everyone was cool and having fun, so they let them swim! Which is very cool 😎
Hotel is a typical shore hotel. Not a lot of amenities. The rooms were nice size, that's about it. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator only. Had to bring an electric griddle to cook breakfast. The pool was a big hit with the kids and plenty of lounge chairs. There are 2 grills to cook on which are nice when they actually work. Hotel definitely needs updating. Nice thing is hotel is only a block from the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of eateries around within walking distance.
Booked with affirm and was asked to pay over $350 to the hotel directly. Rooms only had one outlet, we had 4 people staying and only had two tiny body towels... hot tub was cold. Will not recommend staying here as this was my first experience like this as we come to wildwood yearly, mutiple times a year.
We booked a cheap hotel, we got a cheap hotel. On the positive no bugs, comfortable beds, good sized room, pool and hot tube nice. The negative, poor upkeep, elevator is sketchy, not properly cleaned, mold above shower, no towel bar, bath towels are oversized hand towels and furniture needs to be updated. We did not get daily house keeping, had to go to desk and get fresh towels and TP.

Room was clean, needs some cosmetic updates/fixes. Pool was clean. Great location.
Parking was great, the staff was very helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable beds, and very kid friendly. The only issue we had was that the ventilation fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and turns on with the light but maintenance corrected this immediately. The location is perfect, a block away from the middle of the boardwalk between both piers. There is also a nice buffet place around the block that has excellent food at an affordable price. The pool looked nice, it was very big, and we had a private balcony in our room. I will definitely be staying here again!
Jacuzzi doesn’t work, no bugs and not completely gross just stop at dollar tree and bring some bleach essentials, close to the boardwalk and the pier so if you’re looking for a place to just shower and barely lay your head for a couple of nights to save money, then yes go for it!
check in 4 check out 10am, the reception smells weird, the spa is not working, cob webs on light fixtures by elevators, no coffee, no shampoo in room, the room was not so clean, we found a piece of meat on the floor next to couch upon arriving, mold in the A/c went and bathroom.housekeeping did not come to our room not once, we had a 3 night stay. bed frame was not proportionate to mattress. floors to the rooms slippery due to small buckets holding the water drip from A/c and overflowing. You have to ask for towels at the desk(thin towels) the place is poorly maintained. it’s 5 mins from the boardwalk. 2 bedroom suite with only one a/c. no late check outs. guy at the front desk was o.k. not the best not the worst. i wouldn’t come back, sorry
Went to check in did warn us there was going to be a lot of young kids there,,,we said how bad could it be they hired security.Well we didn't know they were aloud to drink and take over the parking lot with beer pong...Also had a beer pong table going at pool. We decided to leave early on Saturday instead of Sungay they did ask if we wanted to go to the other hotel I was not moving everything for 1 night. Big difference between 18 year old kids checking in and 18 year old kids a lot to drink
The Lobby was locked at 6:00 pm. After a long hot day, there was nobody to check us in. Carrying luggage and pizza, I called the “emergency number”. The guy that answered could not help but promised to find “Zeke”. Finally shows up (no apology), checks us in and off we go.
The elevator was grossly maintained. Trash in the lobby. The room was just awful. It did smell good, but oh yuck. I apologized to my family. Dirt, old OLD furniture, the loudest air conditioner I’ve ever witnessed. The towels are so old, the bed linens are crusty. Just awful.
Stay away!

Parking was limited. Front desk staff were excellent, very friendly! Room was spacious but outdated. Amenities like soap and shampoo were very limited. Pool was not available. Room was clean. Water to the toilet was shut (reason unknown) but I was able to turn it back on. Noise level was great! (Very quiet at night) Hotel has 0 food options but many restaurants/bars around.

My son and his friends were asked for a $600 CASH deposit upon (very late) arrival. This was not stated in the information. I understand that the owners were concerned about the condition when they left in the morning, but all they were going to do was sleep. This was a quick stop over for some shut-eye before continuing on a longer trip. Even if this seemed reasonable, their ATM machine did not work so they’d have to go back out (at 1am) to find an ATM. I did not trust them so they did not stay, and were now out their 1 night stay. You could argue the only 25 and over can rent, but I had called earlier stating they’d be arriving late snd they were 18. I was told that was fine. Later, when speaking to the people at the hotel, I was told otherwise.
