Close stay to the beach, within 10 min walk and drive to some good spots for food/coffee, as well as their local farmers market. Room itself is enough for a group of 2 max. AC, fridge with freezer, microwave. Would stay again!

Property location was great, very close to the boardwalk. The only thing is that there is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Diner is next door for breakfast. Plenty of parking. No coffee pot for us coffee drinkers. Does have a microwave and small refrigerator. Owner was around and always asked how we were.

AC is all very old window units, room wasn’t cold at all. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. Office staff had some major attitude problems. When you check in, be prepared to walk a block away to the main office to check in and out as they do not have enough staff to have a receptionist in the Key West hotels.

The ac unit was wonderful, tho there was a rather large gap under the unit, the first night got hot, then noticed the gap, easy fix, just rolled a hand towel and filled the gap. We had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to an emergency back home. Would have loved that 1 extra day on the beach! Family first! All and all it suited all our needs. Debbie at the front desk is an absolute beast!!! She covered all our needs! She does her job and does it well! Thank you Debbie for such great kindness! I’d say we will be back, but that was just a one time trip! But I will recommend Key West to anyone!

Easy access to the boardwalk!

Stayed in a double bed with my teenage daughter and myself. Room is on the small side but clean. Staff was very nice. Place was quiet. Very close to the boardwalk!

The room was small, bathroom was outdated, carpet in the room felt sticky/dirty, ac was too cold (even when turned down) I’m guessing because the room being so small. Staff was super friendly no problems there. Parking was ok small lot. Plus side is that it’s super close to the beach and boardwalk.

Small, clean, quiet motel allowed us early check in and parking. There was an outside rinse shower. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully painted. Super a c. Nice full size beds, micro wave, big refrigerator. A nice touch was a bible opened to a page on dresser. One block to boardwalk, YAYYYY!!!!!😎

Next to Boardwalk. Several other motels around. Parking shared with two other motels, probably same owner. Breakfast available next door at diner. Small room. Two beds, TV, Mini fridge, mini microwave, armor and small bathroom. No chair or table to sit or have takeout food. Window ac can be noisy. Third floor warm and needs ac on all the time. If you want to be next to Boardwalk, this is an ideal location or one of the more expansive surrounding hotels.

Do not stay here!! The rooms are tiny- the AC is a window unit and is super loud. Above all, we did not feel safe in the area at night. There was a bar across the street playing loud music till late, people dancing and hanging in the street. I asked the front desk clerk if the back door (leading to a dark alley) would be locked at night so people cannot enter the hotel and he replied that it stays open all night so people can come and go, and I don’t have to worry about safety because there’s deadbolts on the room doors. This did not make me feel secure at all. I express my unease, esp traveling with a young child. The parking lot is very narrow with limited parking, if there are no spots, you are forced to park in a separate lot a block away, which is also very dark. Was never so happy to check out and never look back. Again, not a family friendly area. Even the main door in front always remains open and drifters are in and out all day/night.
