If you need a place to stay in Williams, this is a good value hotel but be aware that it's an hour away from Grand Canyon National Park. It has clean rooms, ample parking, and helpful staff. We didn't try the basic breakfast offered since there were a few restaurants and fast foods nearby.

Friendly check in and out. Rooms were very clean. The heater wasn’t the best but the a/c worked well and the heater wasn’t used until the last night and one of the employees was going to look into it. The only improvement to make would be better breakfast options. If I go to Williams again I would absolutely stay here again.
