One of the greatest highlight stays in Williams located near Route 66 which was a fun walk for My Lady and I. Free breakfast was a plus too. Even tasty food at Goldie’s. We took a trip through a time capsule at this 1950s diner. Wonderful stay. Oh, I forgot to mention, the Grand Canyon about an hour away.

The rooms were clean and well tended but the hallway carpet was not clean. The breakfast was good and had variety. There was not enough staff at the front desk. Had to wait quite a bit because the front desk staff was not there. There was no way to get someone there either (a bell or anything).

Staff, from the front counter to the kitchen to the cleaning crew, were all courteous and accomodating to our requests. The property was top notch. We especially appreciated the handicapped bathroom. Our only complaints were the chaise lounge sofa was uncomfortable to our older bones and muscles, and the TV only had one channel.

Hotel was very clean but just a little rough around the edges, scratches on walls, worn carpet in halls, vinyl peeling on headboard, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again except that the pool and hot tub, which were listed when I booked the hotel 2 months before our trip, was out of service and with no return to service in sight. When we reached the hotel, we were informed of no pool/hot tub, and after check in when I checked the listing on Expedia, those amenities had been removed. Breakfast was good, many options, and the staff were helpful.

We have stayed here before and had a good experience. This time the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was basically springs. It was also super disappointing that the pool and jacuzzi were closed with no time of reopening. Not want anyone traveling with a family wants to hear. Breakfast was great like last time.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot TV issue. The hotel was clean but worn down. Pool closed, business center not functioning, tv not functioning immediately, patches of missing paint on walls above beds, pull out couch very uncomfortable. But staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice.
