Very comfortable room, helpful staff. Our rooms were not ready when we got there. We had to wait till after five to get into the room. It was pleasant and comfortable in the bar/ restaurant. Bartender was very helpful with us for directions and train info for the next day . Some of us used the hot tub later after dinner. It was clean.

Conveniently located. Right near the Grand Canyon roller coaster & all the Route 66 shops. Loved that they provided an ice chest to each room to use for adventures!

The hotel property was clean and neat. Our room was comfortable but needed some updating. The carpet had a huge stain on it and the bathroom sink took a while to drain after use. We tried the restaurant "Ms. Kitty's" for breakfast one morning and we weren't impressed. The coffee was horrible and only one waitress working.

This home was an amazing find for our vacation. It is like new, beautifully decorated and equipped, close to the city of Williams - so runs out for items for meals were fast and easy. The landlord was exceptionally communicative and helpful. While I did not make time to use it, a great golf course is practically next door. We will be back.

Very cute property. Ample sized rooms. No elevators. Conveniently located to restaurants. Shopping and large grocery store is a very short drive or a 5-9 block walk. Confortable beds, good shampoo, conditioner and soaps. They proved a cooler for hiking and picnicking which was a nice surprise. No valet. No bellman. Restaurant on property was understaffed for amount of guest. But Goldie’s Route 66 across the street was a excellent alternative with great staff and good food.

Lovely property right on Route 66. Super well maintained. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The detailed brochures and signs were beautifully designed. Staff were friendly and informative. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice place to stay. Pool and jacuzzi nice and towel provided. If mind kids and jumping into pool splashing then may not be as enjoyable. Pet friendly and staff at registration kinda short staffed at a 4pm check in. Staff remained composed through pressure which is appreciated.

The hotel was the perfect location on route 66 for our southwestern tour stop for the Grand Canyon. It felt safe, clean and the staff was nice. The food at Miss Kitty's was really good including their pancakes for breakfast. The Grand Canyon was about a 50 minute drive and Flagstaff avoit 30 minutes. Really cute, preserved town on Route 66 as well! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was very helpful and courteous, we had an issue in our room that involved housekeeping. They did an outstanding job of resolving the issue. We wished that our room had a microwave. The staff made a recommendation for a dinner entree that was excellent. We enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July.

It was a nice remodel. I have lived in Williams and knew what the property looked like previously. Loved the little tea kettle water warmer, I'll probably buy one for myself. Had a refrigerator but no microwave. Not having water cups and ice was a bummer. We appreciated the restaurant and bar onsite, had limited hours. Bed was super comfy.
