We were hesitant about staying here based on the recent reviews, but we did not have one issue at all. The breakfast was great. The location was great and it was a safe area. Our room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing that I can say negative was the outside area was not super” kept up. “

I whole heartedly recommend this hotel when staying in Williamsburg. The rates are super reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. If you stayed in 2025 (Before December) Please go again as it is under new ownership. We stayed over New Year's Eve so we could go to Busch Gardens to watch the Fireworks. During Check in the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The free breakfast had loads of options from scrambled eggs and sausage to waffles. There was cereal and Oatmeal as well. Upon checkout we met the owner and learned he had just acquired this Hotel in December (2025). We praised him on the renovations so far and told him we would be back this summer.

Staff was super nice. We got there early and they let us check in so when we got back from the park our room was ready. Breakfast bar had the most variety of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The property is dated and could definitely use a facelift. We went to Williamsburg to go to Busch Gardens and this hotel is very close.

The staff was very helpful and kind to me! I do wish the rooms had been cleaned a little better and had a shower liner. The towels were not clean at all I ended up using the one I brought. Besides those things it was not a bad stay at all. Great for a night or two
