Perfect Quiet Getaway

It was perfect. Since my hubby and I both have busy schedules, we were looking for something quiet and more like home. The Happy Place certainly met that wish and then some. Sherry was great to work with and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back.

Annual road trip

This is the perfect place to stay to get away and enjoy nature and peace and quiet. The house is amazing and very clean and the hostess makes sure your stay is amazing! Highly recommended!!!

Most relaxing place

Host was wonderful. House was so well kept. No traffic and beautiful views all the time. A place to just relax and take in God's handy work and view nature as it was intended, undisturbed!!! Hospitality was awesome. Would stay there again.

My Happy Place VRBO

We loved staying there so much that we hope some day to stay there again. Already, we have recommended it to loves ones! This quaint farm house was perfect for our stay and a close drive to the Ark Encounter. Sherry, the owner is wonderful!!!

Amazing get-away location!

Miss Sherry was absolutely wonderful! Her place is gorgeous, clean, and family friendly. We were able to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the busy day. It was so quiet and peaceful, and just a dhort frive away from the Ark. Thank you for making this feel like our home away from home!

Serene home away from home

My family absolutely loved our stay at this property. The owner Sherry makes you feel like part of the family when you check in and she is sure to include something for everyone in your stay. This property was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The house is stocked well with everything you need for your stay and the property is absolutely breathtaking.The sunrise and sunset out there is amazing and the amount of stars you can see! I recommend planning time to just make a fire in the fire pit and relax under the stars while you’re there.

Wonderful Place to stay

The house sits on a farm by it self with about a 1/4 mile driveway going in.You can see the ARK as you are going in.Ms. Sherry is a wonderful host and I guarantee you will enjoy your stay.
