"I like the new concept hotel in a well-known chain. Little things can make or break an impression, though. The in-room coffee maker and coffee brand were not good at all. Finding out at check-in that we had to pay to park...$16...wasn't welcoming, especially when the parking lot only had or 7 cars parked there the entire time we were there. Overall, though, it's a very nice hotel."

"Great to place to stay when in Alpharetta. Clean, easy to get to."

"The breakfast was not that good."

"The experience we not as described. I rented from here since it had great reviews for breakfast that’s included. When I arrived I was told there’s no breakfast due to construction which I was not informed before arrival. And the room I was in had all sorts of strange noises. Part of it was the elevator and some other machine noise that sounded like a high pitch scream."

"The staff were very polite and cheerful. However the bathtub in our room was clogged and we had to wait till the next day for the room to be changed. The receptionist promised us a discount but it never happened. The breakfast was really good!"

"Property was clean. however our room faced the front with a large light that affected our sleep. About 5:45 AM the fire alarm began beeping every minute. It appears the battery needed to be replaced. I realize this could happen anywhere. We got up, got our showers, dressed and left ."

"Great location, safety features - doors locked after sundown you must use your key to enter property and use elevator. Good breakfast. Ample parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Suite very well maintained and comfortable."

"Very convenient location for the hospital Excellent staff and service"

"Loved the front desk staff and the Starbucks inside. Beautiful view across from City Hall and fountain."

"Clean and professional staff , the Breakfast was great choices"

"The property was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bartenders were great as well as the staff at the restaurant. The food was good and the chicken wings were my fave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Alpharetta. In a quiet spot but still close enough to the Avalon and Downtown Alpharetta."
