We can’t say enough about out our stay at the Brooklyn House. Although our visit was brief, the house was perfect. The house was clean, great location (easy walk to restaurants etc. downtown), plenty of parking and great side yard if you have the time to play cornhole etc., the kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay again if/when we ever return to the Wilmington area. Thanks Julie and Tom!

Wonderful location and host. The host had left a wonderful book of places to eat, and a map of the Wilmington. The house was a walking distance to so many things, beautiful, clean with everything we could need. The communication from the host was prompt and clear with lots of help for our visit.

Wedding Trip

Highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Wilmington. Close to the riverwalk and downtown. Home is very well appointed and clean with lots of extras like kcups, snacks, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Big porch to enjoy sitting outside. Easy to find parking with side yard. Very responsive host. This is a top notch property.
