Hands-down, one of the best rental properties for the money management is super easy to contact and get along with the home is immaculately, clean, beautiful area and neighborhood close access to all amenities 100 times over would visit this property

The property was very well maintained, and the location had several different shops you could walk to. Parking was sometimes an issue, due to it being strictly street parking, but it seems like Wilmington has this issue in most places in the historic district. We rented both units and it was perfect for families that want a little more privacy.The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful.
