Great stay

It was a great stay. Everything was so clean. Our beds were made every day and we were left fresh towels. The breakfast was warm and very good. The staff was very nice. We will stay again

Staff was very helpful. Best breakfast I have had at a hotel in many years, large variety of good, fresh food. They even had hardboiled eggs in the fridge and a 1 min pancake machine. Coffee was better than most hotel coffee. Room (two Queen Suite) was very clean, larger than I expected, worth the extra $10. Son said the fold out couch was comfortable. Queen beds were good. TV was good quality and had a printed channel guide. All the bath products were stocked. Fridge was very cold. Several restaurants close. Aldi across the street, Kroger down the street.

Mediocre but grateful to have a place to sleep. .

The good news is the beds were very soft and comfortable. The bad news is the electricity in the headboard was faulty and my friend's CPAP stopped working in the middle of the night. The breakfast offerings are pretty sad, but that is what most people eat nowadays. The restocking of the breakfast bar was spotty and we had to ask for things or look for them ourselves because we couldn't find someone to ask. Overall, though, everyone was just doing their best.

I was notified on Oct 9th that Holiday Inn canceled our reservation. We called to inquire as to why and were told that sometimes they "double book" (Their words) they than offered to book me another room for only 290.00 more than my previous booking. I will never use Holiday Inn again.
