"The host was very good. She was very informative. The house was beautiful and very roomy for the family. I did try to light a fire , but found the lighters were unusable and there were only two matches. As she informed us ahead of time, the road up was very challenging. Maybe a few more directional signs would help. The views were spectacular, and the surrounding areas were as well. Besides the lack of lighters, we had everything we could need. We enjoyed ourselves very much"

"I absolutely love this place. The hot tub is therapeutic grade, and heats up super quick. It's right by the stream, so you have an amazing view, as you soak. Everything was in working order, and exactly as advertised. I will definitely be going back."

Our days featured short trips to Andrews for a railbike tour and a stop at Nantahala Outdoor Center. Communication was great, and the owners were very attentive. We highly recommend!"

"Host Jenny had great communication before, during, and after our stay. Cabin is well appointed and comfortable. It was just 2 of us, but it would be a good option for a small family with the additional loft sleeping area. It's fairly remote, but right above the lake if you're into water activities. Make sure you download/write down all important info (directions, phone numbers, door code) before you arrive, as there is no cell service. Wifi worked well on property once we got inside and connected to it."
