With two queen-size beds, and full size bath, this spacious studio is perfect for additional guests or family members seeking a bit of extra privacy. The cozy seating area, complete with a TV, provides a comfortable space to unwind, while the small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare light meals or snacks.
―THINGS TO KNOW - Please read before you book―
HOUSE PRIVACY: The Main House is one of two separate units on the property, offering a private retreat while still sharing the scenic grounds. Rest assured, all of the home's amenities—including the hot tub, firepit, and grill are exclusively for your use, ensuring a peaceful and secluded experience. While other guests may be staying in the nearby unit, the house is thoughtfully positioned to offer privacy, allowing you to fully enjoy the serene surroundings and amenities.
CHECK IN TIMES: Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You will receive a code for keyless check 2 days before your arrival. We are only able to offer an early check in if there is not a booking before yours as it takes time for our cleaners to prepare and restock the home for each stay. For this reason, we are also not able to offer a late check out when we have guests checking in the same day.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT: We kindly ask all guests to sign a separate rental agreement after booking. This helps us protect both you and our property, making sure everything is in order for your stay. We’ve kept the agreement simple and straightforward, and we’re happy to answer any questions you might have about it.
CLEANLINESS: We put our heart and soul into ensuring the space is sparkling clean and ready for your stay! We invite you to make yourself at home and show our space the same love and care you would your own. CRITTERS: Our house is in the beautiful Texas countryside, and like many homeowners around here, we have regular pest control to keep critters and bugs at bay. A: The Main house at Luna Rio comfortably accommodates up to 13 overnight guests with the existing bed layout. We do allow up to 4 additional guests, who can be accommodated on air mattresses, for a fee of $60 per person, per night. This additional fee helps cover the added wear and tear, increased cleaning costs, and other expenses associated with hosting larger groups. Your larger group must be communicated before booking.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We absolutely adore pets and are happy to be a pet friendly home. The max amount of pets on the property during reservation are 2 and they must be on the reservation so that the pet fee is appropriately added. This fee covers the additional cleaning involved in hosting pets and goes directly to our cleaners. You must also abide by our pet rules.
Q: Can I host an event or celebration at Luna Rio?
A: Our property offers a beautiful setting for memorable events, and we’re happy to consider hosting yours! All events require pre-approval, with details on the type of event, event fee (starting at $500), and event insurance. Please note that in order to have an event on this property you must book the entire estate which includes the cabin also on the property. You can find this listing on my profile. For groups over 20 guests, an additional $25 per guest fee applies, subject to adjustment based on the event’s nature.
