Splendid sea view, apprt. 50 m² completely renovated! WIRELESS

  • In the heart of the "Great site of the 2 caps", Wimereux, small charming seaside resort of the Opal Coast, seduced us for its sea, its large sandy beaches, its dike, its pretty colorful villas and its atmosphere. retro ". All year long, it remains alive with its many shops and restaurants for all budgets.
    It is the ideal destination for a family holiday.
    Located on the dike of Wimereux, the apartment has a surface of 50 m² with sea view living room and bedroom. Completely renovated in February 2016, it is rented for up to 5 people. It is very well equipped: free WIFI, USB plugs for each bed, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen "like at home" to prepare good dishes. We provide a folding baby cot and a high chair if you wish. It has a mezzanine not included in the rent but available. (We are not responsible in case of accident related to the use of Mezzanine). The sea view apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator of a 19th century building emblematic of the resort ("The Grand Hotel"). It is ideally located on the dike of Wimereux: immediate beach access, downtown access all shops within walking distance. The resort has many restaurants including a gourmet.
    Here, hiking is queen. The preserved landscapes of the "Grand site des 2 caps" take place along the paths along the seaside. The assurance of great walks with family or friends that will leave you with beautiful memories!
    Wimereux is a paradise for athletes: sailing light, Kate-surfing, windsurfing, trail, horse riding, golf, mountain biking, road cycling ...
    Culture is not outdone in Wimereux. Visit old Boulogne and its castle at 15 minutes, the aquarium "Nausicaa" at 10 minutes, Saint Omer with its Gothic cathedral (tourism-saintomer.com) and its marshes classified World Heritage of Unesco (www. -marais. en) 50 minutes, the historic center of La Coupole in Helfaut (50 minutes) ...
    At the gates of Belgium and England, easily accessible by car (A26 motorway and Channel Tunnel), by train (a few hundred meters from the city center), by boat via the port of Calais, everything is then accessible walk from the apartment!
    We put all our heart to equip and decorate the apartment you are going to rent. Respecting places is essential for us. Renting is first and foremost a relationship of mutual trust before a relationship of money!
    ATTENTION, the Grand Hotel is a makeover. Work is planned for the renovation of the common this fall and / or winter. We do not know the start date yet. If you are concerned, you will be notified as soon as you obtain the information. You will have the option to cancel or a 10% discount on the amount of nights will be offered. Tolle Lage in einem sehr schönen renovierten alten Gebäude mit viel Geschichte. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und angenehm eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Es ist sehr viel Geschirr vorhanden, einiges aber leider stumpf und belegt. Vermutlich stimmt etwas mit dem Geschirrspüler nicht. Wir haben das wenige Geschirr, welches wir nutzten, von Hand abgewaschen. Dafür einen kleinen Minuspunkt. Der Kontakt und das ein/auschecken problemlos. Ich habe die Wohnung bereits weiter empfohlen.

Appartement spatieux avec beaucoup de rangements et très bien agencé. La vue mer est incroyable ! En dormant la fenêtre ouverte on entend le bruit des vagues et des mouettes lorsque la mer est haute. Belles balades à faire au départ de l'appartement. Plage immense à marée basse mais inexistante à marée haute. Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce logement !

L'appartement est sis dans l'Ancien Grand Hôtel de Wimereux qui fut en son temps un lieu de séjour très réputé. Aujourd'hui restauré et transformé en immeuble à appartements, le lieu a conservé une part de sa magie. Cet appartement-ci a été fraîchement et fort bien rénové. Il est au surplus super-équipé. Le séjour et la chambre principale ont vue directe sur la mer. Assis dans le divan, vous avez l'impression de voguer sur les flots. Le propriétaire est très prévenant. Bref une adresse que je recommanderai à tous nos amis.

Superbe appartement avec vue sur mer

L'appartement est superbe, propre et très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Un dépaysement total. Wimereux est une station balnéaire très agréable sur la jolie côte d'Opale . Le contact avec Céline et Guy a été très facile et réactif. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Appartement!!! Es ist überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Sicht auf‘s Meer, ob morgens im Bett mit dem ersten Kaffee oder abends auf dem Sofa mit dem ersten Wein, ist genial. Wir haben uns jeden Abend auf den Sonnenuntergang gefreut. Guy ist ein herzlicher Vermieter und die An/Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

L’appartement est idéalement placé pour profiter de la station de Wimereux et de ses alentours. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue mer de la chambre et du salon, l’accessibilité à pied de la plage et des commerces. Un cadre idéal pour notre séjour en famille.

Wimereux vue sur mer:ressourçant.

Petit week-end toujours aussi agréable (3ème fois dans cet ancien hôtel). Appartement très agréable, tout y est bien pensé, bonne literie. Guy et Marie sont d'une grande bienveillance que ce soit par mail ou au téléphone. Il en est de même pour Céline qui assure la gestion sur place. Encore un grand merci à eux 3 de nous avoir permis de passer ce week-end ressourçant. Je recommande +++ Karine.
