"Staff were so friendly and helpful . I booked room for my son who was recovering from an road accident and had limited mobility . The room was great just what he needed . The staff went above and beyond to help him . In particular the lady at the breakfast buffet in the morning was so nice to him and helpful . I am so grateful for the high level of service you gave to my son prior to his return flight great hotel great service soacious clean room which is a bonus compared ro other Hotels ."

"Excellent maid service and friendly staff. Not a lot of amenities in room we had a superior double with a spacious balcony and lovely sea view. There was too small of a wardrobe for 2 though .No kettle however they will provide one if you ask at reception. The fridge was in a small cupboard and was warm with no ventilation .Breakfast was plentiful and a variety. The waitress was excellent."

"My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon here! The rooms were clean. Not the most updated stuff but for me the most important thing of a hotel is that I feel safe and everything is clean. They checked both boxes. The staff was very nice and attentive….on all levels. The breakfast was different for me as a US citizen but the things I did try were good. And the breakfast is free! It’s also buffet style. The lunch and dinner food was good as well. They have the best fries! And their chicken club sandwiches were good as well. I didn’t drink an awful lot at the hotel but the drinks I had were good. Nice part about this hotel is also that it’s only about a 15-20 min walk from Little Venice. Which is where most people do their eating, drinking, and shopping. Taxis are quick but quite expensive (30-40 euros) for such short drives. But they are inevitable if you really want to explore the island. I would suggest this hotel to anymore if you’re visiting Mykonos!"

Upon arrival at the property the resort manager gave me an overview and then another staff member lead me to my unit. The staff were always friendly and helpful! The restaurant is top notch! The food is delicious, well presented and very flavorful!"

"The staff is super helpful! They explain the layout of the town, suggest restaurants and places to go, as well as call taxis upon your request. Especially Sanko- super helpful! The buffet breakfast is fantastic as well- it has a nice outside area to sit and enjoy the everything. Close to Little Venice and Old Town- highly recommend."

"We traveled to Mykonos for our anniversary and the room at the Eternal Suites was excellent. We had our own private balcony and pool. The hotel sits up on a steep hill which was a daily work out but the views of the town and sunset from the hotel were great. The staff are all local Mykonians and were friendly and helpful and provided great ideas on where to eat and things to see. The rooms felt like you were in cave and clean with the best mattress I have slept on in a long time. We fell in love with a sweet cat that adopted us waiting every day for our return. I highly recommend this hotel. Stores and restaurants are within a short 5 min walk and within 5 min from the Fabrika bus station."
