Staff was very friendly and helpful. the amenities however, were lacking to say the least. Pool was a balmy 60 degrees with clumps of hair floating around. "Breakfast buffet included" should be removed from this hotels list of amenities. Currently they only offer "grab and go": which consisted of 1ea apple and 1ea bottle of water..... very disapointing.

Stayed with my children over the memorial day weekend for the pool. On arrival the property outside looked abandoned. One other reason for booking was the breakfast that we were not told was not available due to renovations. We were handed brown paper bags with an apple, a water and a granola bar. Under the beds were filthy with a cup of liquid under one. The heat dis not work. Towels were stained and or not in the room. Had to request it. Did not feel safe sleeping there with my children

If you just need a place to spend the night either before a flight or after, this is the place to stay. Just a note about the shuttle, make sure you book it 24 hours in advance, it does not drive to & from the airport without a reservation. The room was clean, hallways should be vacuumed/cleaned more often. Room was cold!!! The heat had been turned off in the room prior to our arrival, so it took awhile for it to get warm. Nice lobby. I’d stay here again for a night.

The staff was great and I enjoyed my stay after I finally got into a room. It took them three tries to finally get me into a room. I started with room 169 and there was someone inside that yelled at my wife. So they put us into room 170 and there was sheetrock all over the ground from the hole in the wall they were trying to repair. The final room I got into was 171. After we got our room situated, we were walking down the hallway and I am handicapped from a stroke back in January. The carpet was all frayed and torn up going down the ramp and my walker got stuck on the carpet and I went forwards over my walker.
