"We stayed here for a school convention. They were very patient with the kids and check in and check out was very easy. Its an older hotel so its condition is ok but they are working on renovations."

"The room smelled very strongly of Fabuloso or some other floral cleaning product. There was paint stains and drips on the floor. The bedding had some stains and the lamp next to the bed had a stain as well. The toilet paper was not fresh. It had been used you could tell by the roll. We ended up not staying after about 1-2 hours because of the smell. We have reached out to management multiple days in a row and still no call back or refund as we didn’t stay. Also the people that are there are unsavory, there were some people hanging out with their doors open to their rooms and had beach chairs outside of their rooms etc. didn’t feel safe. "

When I asked if we would be discounted for being forced awake due to someone else’s stupidity, I was told they were offering points, and even if they were offering money, they wouldn’t be able to refund me because I booked through hotels.com.
