Quaint and Comfortable

I loved the historic charm of the house from the front porch to back patio and yard. Every amenity was thought of and lots of comfort from bedding to coffee maker and beyond. Well decorated and maintained home. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

A Wonderful Stay!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and could not have been happier with our stay here! We felt very safe and welcome and the home owner was very responsive and accommodating. Property is clean and really has that homey feel with lots of natural light and comfortable beds. The shower head is amazing and felt like a massage! This is also in a cute little town with a bar/restaurant just blocks away that has excellent food. We will definitely stay here any time we are in the area. Very affordable as well!

Perfect stay

We were in town for a funeral and rented this cozy space. There were 4 grown adults. This was the perfect spot. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, the shower had enough hot water for 4 showers every morning. Would 1000% recommend. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a railing by the front stairs. The first stair was a big one and my elderly parents struggled with it. We just made sure we were always with them, so not a complaint. The house and the host could not have been more welcoming. She was very responsive to all of my dumb questions. Thank you so very much for a great stay. Would absolutely stay there again when in town.

Cute & Quiet Little Getaway!

The property is exactly as described, and was extremely easy to find, even in the pitch black of night. It was just my husband and I, so we didn’t try out the two queen size beds, but the king size bed was extremely comfortable. It’s slightly difficult to get up and down the stairs in order to go to the bathroom from the upstairs bedroom, especially if you are slightly handicapped, as I am; however, the owner has installed a nightlight at the top of the stairs, so I was able to easily see where each step was and be able to grab the handrail quite easily. The living room furniture is very comfortable, but it is a little tight in there because the space is not large, but the furniture is! Lol! Since they were cozy, though, we did not seem to mind, and we did not spend much time in the living room, so it worked out fine. The shower is amazing!! They have included high-quality products for hair, body, and face, as well as a cupboard outside of the bathroom with extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, an ion hairdryer, and much, much more! There was no lacking for linens, either! They were having an issue with some plumbing pipes in the wall behind the shower, so the plumber had cut a hole in the wall of one of the queen size bedrooms, but it was clean and neat in that room, and we did not stay in there anyway. The one tiny issue we had, was only related to the plumber leaving a little mess elsewhere, but the owner addressed it immediately and apologized profusely! Highly recommend!
