I booked with you, was told I had a room, left town, went 5 hours away, showed up at my hotel and was told I did not have a room and was told on the phone by your staff that no hotels are available in the area. I drove home 5 hours at 1 a.m. after a long day because of your ineptitude. I will never use your website again and am pondering legal action."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was easy to find, and the room was a great value for what it was. My only complaint is that the bathtub, toilet, sink, and room floor were all dirty. Everything just needed a good scrub. Beyond that, the bed was comfortable and the room was very nice, if I'm ever in Sulfur again I will likely stay here again."
