"The breakfast was served in such a way condensation and moisture was present in the breakfast which wasn't pleasant. The 3rd floor had a musky smell in the time I was there which wasn't nice. Club room was average, couldn't see where the value was?"

"Hotel is nice. Room was a bit dated (curtains were dirty) and water didnt drain away properly in the sinks so looked like they were blocked. The location is good for buses and access to the centre but the area is very dark, full of homeless people and drug addicts/alcoholics and feels very unsafe at night time, especially for older people."

"Nice hotel but the bed was not very comfortable. Billed as a premium room but had 2 single beds (they were large single beds) but the duvet's were too small for the beds. The shower area had signs of limescale on the shower head and could have done with a deep clean. The door to the room didn't close on its own so had to be careful not to leave it unlatched. Only minor issues but for the price I'd expect better quality TBH."
