"Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! "

"You've heard of the property with the Million-Dollar view. Well try Multi-Million-Dollar view. You'll enjoy coffee in the early morning on the front porch watching the sun rise in the east while watching the bunnies in the front yard and listening to the songbirds. In the evening, you'll watch that sun set in the west with a cocktail on the back porch. During the interim, watch TV, listen to music, play games, relax or cook yourself a gourmet meal and enjoy it in one of the multiple eating areas. Take a luxurious bath, hot or cold shower in a wonderfully designed bath. The complete though process for the floor plan is amazing and you really only have to bring your clothes. You have every amenity and everything worked to perfection. Clothes were washed perfected in the unit. The pools are great; we enjoyed cooking steaks in the barbeque pit, and beach access was a breeze. Host communication was first class, and the rental process is easy and smooth. You'll have nothing but fond memories of your stay in Gene and Cindy's home away from home for you. Don't hesitate book today."

"This is a fantastic condo. Our 4th different unit that we have rented at the Somerset and we loved this one. The storage locker has a ton an items in it perfect for the beach. Only complaint there is there are a couple broken or damaged items like an umbrella or a boogie board that can’t really be used. But nothing that got in our way at all. Very clean unit and had all the essentials for us. Will book again."

"This place is amazing! The condo is exactly as pictured and extremely clean. So much storage and feels cozy. The beach and pools arent crowded at all! The patio and furniture is amazing. We absolutely loved this place and already want to rent this exact condo again for family vacation next year!"
