"Unfortunately I forgot my passport in the side drawer and the head housekeeper Filomena fedexed it to me ❤️ very grateful for the care that was taken in returning my belongings. The stay was also beautiful, the restaurant staff and front desk and valet all took great care of our family. Also the pool was beautiful, clean and warm ! "

"mostly, the stay was great. Except for the free shuttle from the airport. I called 5 times to request a shuttle pickup - starting at 12:17am, and was told that a driver was on the way each time. call number 3, the shuttle driver slowed down at the pickup location, looked me in the eyes, and kept driving. It took 2 more calls to finally get picked up. the daytime shuttle drivers were prompt, courteous and friendly. The night shift driver was not."

"We came to the hotel but wasn’t able to check in early. Cleaning staff was wonderful. The beach is right across the street. Parking was easy as well. Train station is right in the back of the hotel."
