"We were here for a quick overnight stay while we were in town for a concert. The front desk staff was SO friendly! Which was really a great first impression. The room was nice size for a city room. The bed was comfortable however the pillows were terrible. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t give feedback there. We’d definitely stay here again! "

"Construction right by hotel so it’s noisy even at 3am work is done. Milk for breakfast was spoiled. Charge $30 for parking when you can park there normally for $15. Weird smell in rooms. Wouldn’t recommend. "

"The property is clean and well maintianed. Breakfast in the resruarant on teh 4th foor was incredible. My room was perfect. All of this was a bit overshadowed by some concerning experiences. I was in room 902. Calls from other guests wanting to speak to room service or guest services kept getting routed to my room, about 10 in all. Apearently they have a new phone system. There were issues with the in room coffee maker. Additionally, good thing I checked my charges at teh desk upon checkout. There was roughly $120.00 in charges being billed to my card that were not mine. The front desk staff did manage to correct the errors. I dod purchase a robe and was given a $50 discount for all the trouble. They should have covered breakfast too. . . "

"This host cancelled our prepaid checked in stay as we were pulling up to the location at the very last possible minute. This after driving for 8 hours from out of state through a snowstorm. We only discovered the cancellation after visiting with hotels.com rep. No email or text saying what or why. What resulted was a rather unpleasant evening of confusion and hassle as i tried to arrange emergency 3 night accomodations for 4 people and a service dog. Negative 1 stars for this prop. "
