Spacious and well maintained

While we only stayed for one night, we really enjoyed the space and cleanliness of this 2 bedroom condo. This was our first time booking through VRBO and I had many questions for the property owner. Krissy responded to everything right away and the experience couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back!

Great stay for our family

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Chula Vista. We chose this property because it allowed 2 dogs. Ours are rescues who don’t do well being boarded so we were happy to find a Dells getaway that allowed us to bring them. The condo is huge, clean, and the hot tub inside the condo was a huge bonus. That was probably our favorite part. Nice big kitchen, large living area, and 2 separate bedrooms each with their own bathrooms gave us all a lot of space to spread out. The waterpark is smaller than some of the others but that was fine for us. Less crowds when we were there on a Friday during the day. We loved the underground walkway from the condo to the park. We’d definitely stay here again (and likely will). Thank you for a wonderful mini-vacation!

Chula Vista Condo

Property location is enjoyable with views of Upper Dells. Unit not clean and smelled from prior renter. Floors and kitchen were greasy from cooking. Windows were dirty and could not be opened to let in fresh air. Very expensive for the area.

Spacious Condo

This was a very nice room at the Chula Vista. Lots of room in the condo. The complex is very large and spread out. Lots to do with the water park and putt-putt course.

Great condo and resort

The condo was spacious. The refrigerator was not working well. The freezer was not even cold enough to keep refrigerated food cold causing some food waste before we realized it was not cooling. Maintenance brought a different one from another room and that one dripped water inside constantly. The pans were not nonstick and everything burned so bad the smoke alarms went off. Everything else about the room and resort was stellar.

Wonderful stay

We spent a marvelous four nights in this condo in June 2019. The resort itself has many pools and options for activities. The condo was large, enough for two families. The kitchen was well-appointed, although you should bring your own salt, pepper, OO, and wine glasses. Because we were within driving distance from my home, I also packed our blender and instant pot for cooking. The beds were so comfortable and having two full bathrooms was awesome. I’d definitely stay here again!

a little outdated overall ok

The main property is fine if a little dated. The Condo lacked basic amenities, such as decent towels (all were threadbare) ,coffee maker ( There was only a cheap motel type four cup maker-very shabby). No blender; no glassware:: no paper towel: no Hand soap: no dish soap. Furniture is clean but shabby several lamps not functional. Amenities were substandard . Shameful really for an expensive rental in what should be an upscale resort

Our room was "tired" and didn't feel very clean. Pillows were terrible. We loved the spaciousness but certainly not worth what we paid for!!!

Great Condo

The condo was very nice. The only complaint I would have is that we couldn't check in during the check in time at 4, and that the room still wasn't ready by 5. It was just missing a few things so we went in and after a reminder, staff brought the towels, etc. that the room was missing. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
