My friends and I had so much fun here. Tammy and Daniel were so polite, helpful and accommodating. Our unit was clean and very comfortable.I will definitely come back to stay and make more memories.

The propery was very dated. The waterslide that was advertised was no longer in the pool area. The unit itself was visibly very dusty and need a detailed cleaning. Beds were comfy but could use air in the downstairs queen room. It met our needs for the family.

The stairs to the dock were right outside our door. Caught some fish while watching a bald eagle flying nearby. We did not like that one of our vehicles had to be parked down the road. That was a very big inconvenience

Needs improvement

Check-in time is late, 5pm. We arrived shortly after, once entering our unit, I noticed that several lights weren’t turning on due to missing bulbs. Probably 4 lamps were missing bulbs. No toilet paper in the unit. Had to go right back to the office to ask for toilet paper and light bulbs. That was fun after a long drive. No soap in the unit, thankfully we brought our own. Beds need to be replaced, didn’t smell very clean, didn’t sleep well due to the combination. We left early. Only thing nice was the lake view.

Price Not Worth Quality

Our unit was outdated but comfortable. The cold lighting was most unpleasant. Please use warm, inviting light bulbs for the bedroom and living room. Also, the resort needs to use gentle light in their lamp posts! The lamp post near our deck cast a bright police state light and it was interfering with stargazing. The view was pretty from our deck but the lake was green while we were visiting. We enjoyed the pool with our small children, the waterfall gave a great back massage and relaxing vibe. The sauna and hot tub were in good working order.

Soon as we walked in the condo smelled like they just cleaned with bleach or something similar. That was exactly what I wanted to smell to let me know it had been cleaned before our arrival. The shower head in the bathroom on main floor fell apart when I tried to change the water pattern. I called the office and maintenance came right away to replace it so that was nice. Overall it was a great experience. We were in condo# 614. I would definitely recommend this place!

The condo's are all individually owned, with that in mind my condo was upgraded recently by the owner. My brother came along and also stayed in a condo and his was not updated. Both very clean! And welcoming. I stayed in a lake front condo. Waking up watching the sunrise was my absolutely favorite! We didnt bring our kids this time but had we, we would have been in a perfect spot! The kiddie area was amazing! We loved the private beach! That was a huge plus! Canoe rental as well! It is a little off the main drag but totally worth it in my opinion! The staff were really friendly and helpful! The bed was SO comfortable and im picky about my bed! We will definitely be coming back! (Ask for an updated room if you stay)

The condo we stayed in was beautiful. It was better than we imagined. We read reviews and some of them were not flattering - but I am here to tell you this place was very nice! We arrived early and the people at the front desk were very nice and explained they would text us if we could get in early. So we decided to start our vacation tour of the Dells early. Once we received the text I was nervous the front desk would be closed (reviews said no one was ever there), that could not have been more wrong. The people at the desk for check in were extremely nice and helpful. We got into our condo and it was clean, spacious and perfect accommodations for our family. The resorts pool is small - but when you have every water park near by it is ok - it was perfect for chill time with the family. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The lake behind the resort was super peaceful. Parking looked like it would be tight, but there was more than enough room. The beds were comfortable. We had more than enough towels and the in room washer and dryer was a bonus! Even though I was on vacation it was so nice to be able to wash our things at the end of the day. We are planning on making this a yearly trip!

Much like anywhere, there were things we loved and things we didn’t. The pools are AMAZING! The condo was clean, modern and beautiful! Staff was friendly and mostly accommodating! Downsides were the coffee situation. I was told there was a drip pot and Keurig in the room. There was only a drip pot with no filters. We were told they’re not allowed to give us filters, we’d have to buy our own. Very frustrating. Had we been told this beforehand, we could’ve prepared! And I asked, so there was no excuse. But the woman at the desk later apologized for the mixup. There was also less cooking supplies and dish ware in our kitchen than we’d hoped. So if you plan to cook, prepare. Bring salt, pepper and seasoning. Also bring your own coffee mug if you’re a coffee drinker! We also didn’t care for the showers. They’re incredibly small and we are plus size people. We actually couldn’t even use the downstairs shower due to the size. So, IF you happen to be plus sized, either prepare to bathe or use the shower upstairs or by the pool! Now, the jacuzzi tub in room was a dream! Just not enough hot water to take a long soak! But still relaxing! Otherwise this resort was clean, fun and friendly! Our family would return! Just a bit more prepared this time!

My room had stuff from someone else under my bed was told someone would come by and clean it and nobody did. My screen door didn’t lock and the person above us was hammering and bouncing balls until 230am non stop.

The unit was not in good shape the kitchen faucet was loose, water leaked under the vanities, the bathrooms were super small no place to sit and eat a table. The provided dishes were not what you come to expect staying at these places there were a miss match of things some even saying not intended for food use on them. It was ok for our purpose being in town for an event but I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation getting to the lake and grills and pool were not convenient from where our place was. However I can say the folks working there are super nice and helpful and if I understand correctly the units are individually owned so it’s hard to know if you’re getting a good one or not.

We checked in late and got to our place, the Ben was not made with dirty sheets, disgusting blankets with pet hair. Office was closed at this time so we had to suck it up until the next morning. I got to the office at 10am opening time but no one was there, I had to tell ground maintenance to demand someone to help us. Front desk did call back and gave us a new room with a compensation for the night before which we were thankful for. It was okay, I wish they provided enough towels, clean linen, detergent and items for our stay. Beach was gross although it’s a private beach. I’m glad they moved us to a new spot, but overall, never returning.
