The Space:
Each unit is furnished with a queen, memory foam, bed, smart tv (including all streaming apps downloaded), refrigerator, microwave, dishes, paper products, soap essentials, coffee maker (drip coffee maker), first aid kit, and linens. Brand new LVP flooring through out for a sleek, modern feel!

Please note, maid service is not available and only starter supplies of paper products, soap essentials, and linens are provided. Pet friendly properties meaning all rooms pet friendly.

Guest Access:
Guests will access the unit on the patio by using a smart lock. Codes will be provided to guests 1 day before their stay. Each unit has a private entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Located directly across Trapper's Turn Golf Course and just up the road from Downtown Dells, this property offers peace and quiet while still being highly accessible to town.

Getting Around:
Numerous taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available.

Other Things to Note:
Used to be called Fairview Motel and there is no manager onsite for the property. All access is done via smart locks on each private entrance. Parking is available onsite in the lot provided for one vehicle per unit. There will be light construction during the week as we update the property. Please note pets are welcomed at this property, but if your pet causes any disturbance you will be issued a verbal warning. If disturbance continues you will be asked to leave the property. Pet fees are in place because we do not have an additional cleaning fee for pet friendly stays. This fee covers our cleaning teams time for additional cleaning needed from our fury friends.

Guest is responsible to bring their own coffee - maker takes traditional coffee grounds and has a built in filter.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

This unit is professionally managed by Patriot Properties. Please communicate directly through your booking platforms messaging system. If necessary, call the main office line to contact management, after hours emergency information will be available at the main office number.
