"Floor in bathroom was all wet, window was open in room. My husband took the time to fix the problem in the bathroom with the toilet that kept running and cleaned up the floor so it wasn't wet."

Initially the room they put us in was so strong smelling for smoke that we needed to request a room change. The staff was very nice about this and the next room had no issues with smell. Pool floor was cracking and there were chunks left by the pool side. Used the sauna and that was really nice. "

"We were in town for karate tournament in Stevens Point and this was a great place to stay! Half the price of the venue the tournament was at, breakfast included, plenty of parking. My kids had a great time in the pool and loved the waffles for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us use of a meeting room for the kids to practice. We’ll be back next year!"

"No hot water to take a shower. TV was horrible to try and find a channel worst setup ever in a hotel room television! No bars or hand bar in tub/ shower and very slippery. Other guests complained of the same exact situation. I won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn anytime soon!!! "
