"My stay was wonderful, but my room was pretty bare bones. It would be great if that room had a hair dryer, some extra blankets for those of us who get chilly at night, the bathtub is extremely slippery and I had wished that there was a nonslip application in the bathtub, also I didn’t spend much time in my room because there was no chair to sit in other than a desk chair, it’d be nice to have just an inexpensive, but comfortable chair in the corner as you come into the room. Staff was really really good! Breakfast options were fine for me because I typically just eat yogurt and fresh fruit and granola so that was perfect for me!!"

"Our stay at Kings Bay Lodge was wonderful! Chancie at Front Desk sent msg that our room was available for check in early which was perfect timing for us! Candy at Front Desk was also friendly and helpful during our stay! The property was a nostalgic old Florida motor lodge with an excellent location and beautiful water views! It was clean and well maintained inside and out and clearly renovated/updated after the hurricanes in ‘24. The room was spacious, clean, cool and smelled good right when you walked in. Good furniture and tastefully decorated. Clean Kitchette with all the basics and an ice cold full size fridge. Bed and lounge chairs were comfortable and it was pretty quiet during the week and so relaxing & peaceful. The natural springs pool was cool in many ways and the sunsets were amazing! It was a great location and walking distance or very close drive to many attractions or dining. We had a little issue with a few bugs (NOT bed bugs) first night but they must’ve been aware because a pest control company was there the next day to treat & it seemed to go away. We’re Floridians so we’re used to FL bugs so it wasn’t a deal breaker. I would much rather stay here than a boring chain hotel with no view or character any day! Absolutely loved it and we’re definitely planning to stay there again because it was so charming and all the good features won us over!!! ❤️⭐️😎"

"I am a world traveler. I made an error as to my departure date and I needed to stay an extra day. The front desk rebooked my stay, for 1 more day, with a seamless effort, by just saying we will take care of it for you. Breakfast was very good. a well-maintained pantry. My room was spotless and best of all, it was located at the end/rear of the 1st floor hallway. Gess what! No elevator noise, No ice machine noise. No pantry noise. No front desk check-in chatter. No coffee/snack chatter. And best of all the maintenance dept. office was directly across the hall...never heard a noise of their comings and goings. Very clean interior and comfortable room, and the common areas. The exterior areas are wall painted and the shrubbery are in excellent shape. Just let me say. Grate folks doing a super job. "We had a fantastic weekend in Crystal River. The house was perfectly appointed for our large crew (10 adults and 2 toddlers and 2 dogs). We loved the pool, game room, and large yard. We were able to tie our boat up to the dock which was very convenient as well. The living areas were huge and had everything we needed. We all wish we could have stayed another day or two, and would definitely come back."

"Great house! Loved the open layout of the kitchen, living, and dining room. Probably the most well-stocked home I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen has every utensil you could ever think of. They even have items for the family fur baby (toys, treats, waste bags). For someone who is a magnet for mosquitos, having the screened in lanai was heaven sent. It’s not often that I get to be outside in the summer and not get eaten alive. It was lovely."

"The house is spacious and was very clean. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The pool was spotless and there is a nice covered patio that we thoroughly enjoyed. Its is even nicer than the photos show. I highly recommend this house."

"We had a great stay. The property is very new and super clean. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to most all of our destinations. The property is really close to the old downtown area with shops and restaurants in walkable distance. Of you're interested in spending time on this area I highly recommend this property."
