"The hotel beautiful. Location for what we were there for, perfect. The shops that we liked very close. Clean. Comfortable. The front desk people looked like they need a course on customer service. The cleaning ladies were very friendly. But wow, the front desk needs to add some happiness to her voice and needs to smile and make us out of towners feel welcome. We don’t use the pool, but it was there. The parking lot was cool and the crooked pint was good. Their staff was very friendly. Mariah was our host and she was super friendly. "

"Nice hotel for the value. Only issue I experienced was housekeeping forgot to leave us a floor mat to step out of the shower on to. I called Madeline at the front desk and she said I needed to come to the front desk myself to get one. She wasn’t very friendly!"

"It's a convenient, safe, and adequate place to stay for spring training games. The pool is enjoyable, the room was well-appointed and comfortable. The staff are all very welcoming and professional."
