I was locked out of my room and the tech could not get in as well. They had the drill thru the lock and get me in - which took them an hour. As frustrated as I was being locked in, the staff were amazing and its an example of when tech fails, nothing anytone can do about it - how you react is why ...

Temple Place Suites
The maintenance of the room was very poor: stains, rust, dust, wobbly taps and towel racks, old paint, etc. Cleanliness: stains on carpet, dust everywhere, long hairs on pillows. Upon check in the room was organized, but no deep cleaning was apparent.
