"One of the best place we've stayed at so far in Boston! The atmosphere was amazing, with live music that made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant staff was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service. Highly recommended!"

"We arrived to our room to discover that our door did not lock! We told the front desk and they came up to check. They determined that the door would not lock and said unfortunately maintenance would not be available til the morning. We asked for a new room but they were supposedly completely sold out. We had to sleep with a nightstand blocking the door for protection because it was too late to book another room at a nearby hotel. We would avoid this hotel on our next trip!"

"I loved our room, a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Great size for a long stay, with full size refrigerator, dressers, bathroom drawer space, great closet in the master bedroom, great pillows. The carpet by my dresser felt sticky, but that's why you don't place personal items that need to be clean on the floor. The stove kept turning off when I was boiling eggs, but I understand its a safety feature. The only negative was that the buffet breakfast was not available due to remodeling. A breakfast with protein was a primary factor in choosing where to stay so this was very disappointing. I wish I was told this prior to booking; maybe that's a Hotels.com problem rather than the hotel. Also, they have free laundry, but buy or bring your supplies. They charge $5 for a single detergent pod or for 2 dryer sheets."

"We had an overnight flight so came dragging into the hotel around 12pm asking about an early check-in. The staff was so kind and helpful, asked us if we could wait for 30-45 minutes and got us right in. The hotel was relatively quiet, there was always coffee available,and the rooms were clean. The toilet was a little noisey when flushing and if you're a gym rat, the fitness center was a little underwhelming, but overall a great place to stay. Its right next to a restaurant, and the food there was amazing. Wish we had gotten another room there for the night before the flight instead of the other hotel. Will be returning on the next trip out."

"I stayed at this property for nearly a week in mid-May 2026. I was not overly impressed. I have stayed at Crown Plaza properties in the past. The brand is know as a quasi-luxury hotel. This one is not. The first room I was given was at the end of a very long hallway and smelled distinclly of smoke, despite my preferencs otherwise. I protested. The desk, via phone, apologizd and offer to fine me anther room. The second room was closer to the elevator, but smaller and with fewer USB outlets. There was an armchair, but no desk chair for the scarred desk. There was a k-cup coffee maker, hair dryer, small refrigerator. The microwave oven was down the hall next to the ice machine. The heat seemed to be turned off, despite night temperatures dipping into the 50s. There were a number of paint chips and peeling veneer. The restaurant is a sports bar open for breakfast and dinner during the the week with brunch offered on the weekend. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, with a lot of options ranging from cereal to custom omelets on request. I had the chance to purchase the buffet in advance for $9 through Hotels.com, but didn't want to lock myself into that for nearly a week when my schedule was uncertain. Instead, I planned to do it one day at a time. At check-in, I was told (since I didn't purchase in advance), that the buffet was $22 per day. I did that for one day and bought yogurt and cereal to have in my room for the rest of my stay. All in all, it was okay."
