"Property has failed to resolve a double-charge for an extra (3rd) night, does not return phone calls, does not reply on the Hotels.com website property contact feature. It’s been more than 10 days. The ESA 800 number has been zero help. Also - Breakfast is limited - just pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. Renovations were underway, so the first floor room I requested could not be fulfilled. Good safety on stairwells however. "

"The place is a bit worn out, hallways need a good cleaning and my room on the third floor as well as the entire place smelled like cooked bacon. The ventilation is not good especially that the restaurant is in the middle of the hotel"

"Room and bed was great but unfortunately this hotel is located right next to the highway and is very loud 24/7 so you hear the passing trucks all night. They also don't offer complimentary coffee or tea throughout the day. Will stay again at Marriott's as it is a very clean nice hotel."

"Very disappointed in this Hyatt hotel. The place was falling apart from the elevators to the room furnishings. The furniture was old and beat up. The room had a musty odor that hit us as soon as we opened the door. My husband sat on the couch and threw his back out. We could not stay, and were unable to attend the show that we paid 180.00 for our tickets and the reason we stayed in Medford. The hotel is in such disrepair that it should be closed for renovations. I spoke to the manager and she happily refunded the cost of our hotel stay. "
