"Very nice and friendly staff. Great breakfast and clean common areas. We had problems with shower, almost no water coming out on the shower head and had to switch rooms late at night."

"Everything was good, check in was easy. Only a 15 minute walk to the Ttrain to get you into the city without having to drive and deal with parking. Only issue i had was i paid for late check out, it was approved, i paid 30 dollars to be able to leave at 1pm. Once 12pm came along i had someone knock on the door, i stated that i paid for late check out, then fast forward 25 minutes and ANOTHER different person knocked on the door AGAIN. Ive had this issue at other hotels as well, its incredibly annoying when you pay money, especially 30 dollars for a couple extra hours and people continuously try and ask you when your leaving like its not in my charge history that i paid 30 dollars to stay till 1pm"

"The place is a bit worn out, hallways need a good cleaning and my room on the third floor as well as the entire place smelled like cooked bacon. The ventilation is not good especially that the restaurant is in the middle of the hotel"

"Room and bed was great but unfortunately this hotel is located right next to the highway and is very loud 24/7 so you hear the passing trucks all night. They also don't offer complimentary coffee or tea throughout the day. Will stay again at Marriott's as it is a very clean nice hotel."

"Very disappointed in this Hyatt hotel. The place was falling apart from the elevators to the room furnishings. The furniture was old and beat up. The room had a musty odor that hit us as soon as we opened the door. My husband sat on the couch and threw his back out. We could not stay, and were unable to attend the show that we paid 180.00 for our tickets and the reason we stayed in Medford. The hotel is in such disrepair that it should be closed for renovations. I spoke to the manager and she happily refunded the cost of our hotel stay. "
