"An excellent property with personal attention (which is not found as much anymore). The room was very spacious, the housekeeping staff was extremely professional and efficient, and the hotel was beautiful It has great access to Victoria station (there is a key-controlled entrance/exit to Victoria Station. A nice touch was that the table in the lobby was decorated beautifully each morning with a different flower arrangement. We felt like royalty during our stay."
