"They were so rude when I arrived. There was a problem with checkin, and I had to talk to a manager to resolve it. I have never been spoken to so dismissively and rudely. When I got to my room, it was disgustingly dirty, and smelled like mold. The pool was out of commission. The ac was stuck on and wouldn’t turn off, it was a cold weekend. I requested maintenance come look, they never did. It was so cold in the room. There’s a little pantry where you can buy snacks, when I bought them there, the staff never even looked up from their phone to ring me up. The day before I checked out, I requested and paid for a late check out at 12:30 rather than 11am because I had a zoom meeting that I wanted to take in the room. I confirmed it with the front desk two times, once the morning before check out, and once the evening before check out. Housekeeping started banging on the door at 11am. I informed them of my approved late check out. They knocked again at 11:15, 11:30, and noon. I rescheduled the meeting and just left. I would not stay there again."

"Room was fine, quite comfortable. Pool was in front of the hotel and green with algae. Front door was off the track. Elevator was in poor condition (buttons falling off, musty smell, no a/c). Breakfast was sub-par. Eggs tasted rubbery and pre-cooked/reheated. Staff was inconsistent with communication regarding late check-out, which caused stress trying to figure out check-out situation."

"Great place to stay while visiting my son. A short walk to the square and anything else you may need. Really enjoyed going to Palmers for dinner next door. Ty for a great stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Bungalow SM. It was the perfect location (a nice quiet neighborhood). The back yard was fenced-great for our dog, and had a nice deck for us too. The house was very comfortable, nicely furnished. The hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed exploring the area and having such a nice place to return to every evening. We would definitely stay again."
