Half the outlets didn’t work, the room REAKED of smoke, and there was a rusty piece of metal just laying on the floor. The staff member who checked us in acted like we were an inconvenience and barely spoke to us except for short clipped sentences. When we came to complain about the smoke she just said “okay” and handed us this canister that resembled a flea bomb that sprayed citrus everywhere. It smelled awful. Our key cards didn’t work and we had to get new ones. The breakfast they served was pathetic. No hot food and my orange was rotten! So disappointing and nothing like the quality the pictures on the website showed. "

"Beautiful hotel, great amenities, wonderful kind staff. Nice restaurant, bar, pool, and spa. I booked the premier suite which was stunning but thought it was odd that spending a lot for the room and the WiFi was not included, the mini bar and snacks in the room were not apart of the room cost, I rather those items not be in the room, you only get a courtesy 2 bottles of water. Most hotels have complementary items NOPE not here not even a tea bag or coffee in the room was free. There was a QR code to buy the items in the room, the kicker no mini fridge or microwave. Beautiful place, it will nickel and dime you, you have to pay for everything here so be prepared to spend. "
