"Everything was good. A little disappointed that the hot tub was not working. I get it that it was beyond your control. The other disappointment was I did not realize that the pool hours differ from the weekend to the week hours considering it was a holiday Monday for some. When my grandson and I went down at 8:30 we were told not until 9:00. So we waited for 9:00 and went back down and was told 9:30. So we swam for a little over hr. Returned to the room to shower and get ready to leave. We received a call asking if we were leaving. If the pool had been opened when said we would have been on time. We always try to follow the rules. I was a little discouraged as my grandson was dropped off to have a swim before we left to go home. One of the reasons we book a hotel with pool"

"We enjoyed the hot tub briefly. The pool area was extremely noisy and echoed badly. We didn't stay in there very long even though the hot tub was very nice. Our room was clean and well equipped. We had a room with a kitchenette and it was very convenient. The included breakfast was very nice and abundant. There was lots of healthy choices. Check in and check out were both quick and convenient. The hotel public spaces were clean, warm and inviting."

"Great location, and beautiful house. Only issue was none of the tvs in the bedrooms worked. I did not connect with the host though so I am sure it would have been fixed. Would 100% recommend!"

" Stayed for two night in March. We needed a bit of ice management on the sidewalk to the entrance as the sun had melted snow through day and made things slippery. I contacted host and it was taken care of promptly. "

"While this property is conveniently located, it does have issues. This is a finished basement in a house that has people living upstairs. There is little sound proofing so you can hear them moving around and talking. There is also no climate control anywhere in this suite - I saw only one heating vent and it was at the top of the stairs leading down to the suite. The temperature is, presumably, controlled from upstairs so - even in August - we had to wear sweaters in the evening as it was cold. There was a TV mounted to the wall but it was not connected to any feed so all we got on it was static."
