"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to recognize Jeanne, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very nice overall. I also loved the complimentary breakfast each morning, which was a great bonus. Although the parking area was a little small, it did not take away from my overall positive experience. The location was very convenient, with an easy drive to the pier and other nearby attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, solo travelers, and anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a pleasant stay! I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is in a great location just two blocks from Pier 39 and 1 block from Trader Joes. It’s easy to walk to other areas of San Francisco and the area feels very safe with lots of restaurants near by. The breakfast was buffet style and there was a great choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back if I wanted to stay in San Francisco."

"This was the first time we’d stayed at the Inn ay the Tides. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating from the very beginning, especially Sam at the front desk. He took it upon himself to assign us a room at the top of the hill. Also, he and his colleague Angelita were very gracious about giving us early check-in and late checkout.We were in a deluxe room, which was very spacious and tastefully decorated and we had a fabulous view! We really enjoyed having a fireplace too. A much appreciated added touch was a complementary bottle of wine in the refrigerator. We truly enjoyed our stay and are so looking forward to staying at Inn at the Tides again! Thank you so much!"

"Lobby was nicely decorated and welcoming. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very warm even when it was around 20 degrees Celsius or below outside. Air conditioning would be nice."

"We had a great stay! Always came back to a clean room, comfy beds, loved the shower and always glad to be close to the wharf. Valet was great! Granted we only took our car out once. We really just walk everywhere."
