The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, fruit and pastries are provided in the main office in the morning. The biggest thing for us was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Most memorable were Melanie who checked us in and Kyle who took care of us most of the time. We were there for our parents' 50th anniversary and were just blown away by Kyle's warm hospitality, and thoughtfulness throughout our stay.
Of course the stream-side property itself was unbelievably charming with beautiful, well-maintained grounds, and our 2-level room just had so much character.

My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes.
