Via convenient keyless access, enter the upper floor of Family Oasis, an expansive split level (lower floor is occupied, but no spaces are shared) through the open vestibule and step into the spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining/living-room area. You’ll immediately be attracted to the colorful and tasteful decor, intriguing art objects, and flourishing plants. Stretch out on the comfy living-room furniture, enjoy a cozy fire in the gas-insert fireplace. You’ll appreciate lovely views from the bay windows of this light-drenched space.
Stream your favorite shows, movies, or sports on the home-theater projection system, featuring 2,000 lumen, on a large, treated screen wall. Choose from Spectrum 50+ channels, including sports channels, HBO and HBO+, STARZ, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Load and watch services to which you're subscribed, such as Showtime, Hulu, and more, via your computer, FireStick, or through Apple TV (even if you don't use Apple). Stream music from Spotify and music-streaming services on the living area’s recessed ceiling speakers.
In hot and humid summers you'll appreciate the central air conditioning, with an electronic air filter and air purifiers for allergy sufferers.
Prep/cook delicious meals in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. You’ll find a wide variety of top-of-line cookware, bake ware, utensils, coffee/tea supplies, spices, condiments, and pantry items. You’ll find copious storage space via large, mirrored double closets; double windows make each of the three bedrooms light and airy. You’ll stay cozy in cooler weather with a bed warmer.
In each of three bedrooms you’ll find USB charging stations, 3 outlets, 2 USB Ports, and a 45W Power Delivery Port (so no crawling around to plug in), bed warmers, an Apple Home pod mini and big closets with storage.
In the Spring room, discover a full-size bed, unique fabric ceiling, and visually vibrant and happy wall art. For your work-from-home needs, you’ll appreciate the secretary desk and extra-comfy ergonomic chair, along with that convenient power strip/hub. You’ll find the same double-closet and double-window configuration as in the Autumn bedroom.

Guest Access:
On a quiet street in Worcester’s Greendale neighborhood. Guests have exclusive access to entire upper floor and to the backyard (subject to yard maintenance), except for the shed.
Check-in access: Contactless check-in. No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with a digital keypad. We’re available for an orientation face-to-face or by FaceTime.
Parking: One off-street space is provided in your private driveway and is your private parking space. Plenty of on-street parking is available except in winter (12/1-4/30, from 2 am-6 am, and during declared bans), during which we can provide one additional guest parking space in the driveway. EV Charger is Wallbox 48Amps, charged with co-Host assistance and a $20 upfront cash payment; vehicles may not be charged through other means.
Other Details
Cameras: Three security cameras in backyard record exterior of the home, yard and pool. A doorbell camera is on the front doors. Front security cameras on NE and SE corners. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guests being ejected without refund for remaining nights’ rents.

No smoking of any substance whatsoever anywhere on the property. Even if you smoke outside the smoke clings to your body and clothes, tainting upholstery and bedding, necessitating costs to remove the smell. That isn't fair to future guests looking for a non-smoking rental.
The upper and lower floors are totally separate, each with a private entrance and private driveway. Your backyard is private.
Co-host is on-site (no shared spaces) and available 24/7 to meet your needs
If you’d like to order groceries, say from Instacart, for your arrival day, we’ll take in your groceries and put them in the refrigerator/freezer, or on the counter for you. Just let us know so we can be sure to be home for the time frame you select (starting at or after 1 pm). No extra charge. If you need a kitchen appliance that’s not on the premises, ask host to see if one is available to borrow.
Hydronic baseboard heating is silent and dust free
All fabrics are washed with Persil Laundry Detergent Liquid, Free and Sensitive, Unscented and Hypoallergenic for Sensitive Skin, no fabric softeners or dryer sheets; all pre-soaked for 17 minutes with Lysol Sanitizer.
Pillows and mattresses protected with Protect-A-Bed AllerZip Smooth Pillow Protectors/Mattress Encasements (”blocks bed bugs, dust mites and allergens”)

Early check-in: If before 3 pm is requested and available the additional fee is 50% of an additional night's stay
Swimming pool opens mid-June through end of September, depending on the weather, at which time outside furniture is put out (June) or stored (September) though two Adirondack chairs are out all year long. "Fire pit" is a Zen fire table, available in summer. There's no way to maintain the yard and pool without maintaining them: workers may be in yard/pool on weekday mornings for maintenance
Note that the backyard is subject to pollen, leaves, bird droppings, insects and wildlife.
